DELIVERY IN MAINLAND FRANCE


• FREE STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN 3-5 DAYS in mainland France for any order over €50 (for orders under €50, the cost is €8). When confirming your basket, you can choose delivery to your home or office. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox with the address of the Post Office where you can collect your parcel. You will then have 15 days to collect your parcel before it is returned to us. You may also opt for delivery to a Post Office or a pick-up point near your home or workplace. This allows you to collect your parcel at your convenience during extended opening hours.

 


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – EUROPE


• STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN 3-7 DAYS to Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Switzerland. Delivery costs range from €13 to €24 (all taxes included), depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

 


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – WORLDWIDE


• STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN 6-10 DAYS for all other countries. Delivery costs range from €27 to €55 (all taxes included), depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

 


ORDER TRACKING


At each stage of the order, from confirmation to receipt of the parcel, we will keep you informed by email. The tracking number for your parcel will be sent to you as soon as it is picked up by the carrier.

 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Upon receiving your order, you have 15 days to return items that are new and in their original packaging. To allow us to resell returned items, each return is inspected and we reserve the right to refuse it in the event of non-compliance (e.g.: marked leather, scratched sole...). Before making a return, you must log in to your customer account (MY ACCOUNT) and follow the procedure available in the section ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS / DETAILS AND RETURN. If you wish to make an exchange, you must indicate this in the return form. In mainland France, in the case of a shoe exchange, the shipping costs for the new pair(s) chosen are also covered, one time only.

In the case of a non-compliant return (e.g.: marked leather, scratched sole...), the product will be returned to you and the shipping costs will be at your expense.

 


REFUNDS


Returned parcels take between 3 and 7 working days to reach us after being dropped off. We recommend keeping your tracking number carefully. Once your parcel is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and if it is compliant, the refund will be issued within 14 working days after receipt. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

In the case of a non-compliant return (e.g.: marked leather, scratched sole...), the product will be returned to you, the shipping costs will be at your expense, and you will not be refunded.

 


ORDER CANCELLATION


When you make a purchase on our site, the preparation of your parcel for shipment is carried out after a delay that may vary depending on the time you placed your order. If you wish to cancel your order, we invite you to go, within approximately 1 hour after payment, to the section MY ACCOUNT / ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS / DETAILS AND RETURN and leave us a message. If the order is not already being prepared, we will cancel it and you will be refunded immediately. However, if your order is already being prepared or shipped, it will be delivered. You may still return it within 15 days to receive a refund.
